Check-Out Time



Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out incurs a $50 fee for the first 30 minutes, and $100 for each additional hour unless pre-approved in writing.

Unauthorized late departures may result in booking penalties.

Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Violations will result in a $500 fine and possible booking cancellation without refund.

Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Occupancy Limits

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Unauthorized visitors or extra guests are not allowed and may lead to immediate removal or cancellation.

Please adhere strictly to the number of guests listed on your reservation.

4.

No Parties or Events

No parties, gatherings, or large events are allowed.

Disturbances may result in your booking being terminated without refund.

5.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please be respectful of neighbors and maintain low noise levels during these hours.

Cleaning & Care

Kindly leave the home in a tidy condition.

Excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges.

Cleaning supplies are provided for minor spills and kitchen use.

Damage & Missing Items

Please report any damage or missing items promptly.

Unreported issues may result in charges through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.

8.

Pets

No pets are allowed, unless explicitly approved in writing before arrival.

Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee and potential cancellation.

9.

Use of Amenities

Use all appliances and amenities responsibly.

Please do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, smart home devices, or mounted electronics.

Return any moved furniture to its original position.

10.

Security & Surveillance

Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety and monitoring purposes.

Tampering with cameras or smoke detectors is strictly prohibited.

11.

Lost & Found

We are not responsible for items left behind after check-out.

If you believe you’ve forgotten something, contact us promptly.

We will do our best to locate and hold it for 7 days, after which unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.

Guests are responsible for covering shipping costs for returned items.
