Received a note after dark, that vehicle had to be moved from lot 2 hours before checkout to avoid damage from cleaning in the lot. I was not moving my vehicle to a public lot, at my expense, where I have seen drug users hanging out for the last 3 days. Thus, we had to leave the hotel 2 hours before our allotted time.
Parking promotion for Chinook Blast was to be included, not sure if this is the case, because it appears I have daily charges on my credit card for this that have not been reversed.
Thermostat would keep returning to Auto no matter what I changed the settings to.
Hot tub was missing parts for the jets making the water pressure too hard.
When I voiced my concerns and displeasure about my stay, I felt unheard and brushed off.
Sad end to a 34th anniversary celebration.
A positive note. Sam at the front desk was extremely helpful with our check-in and requests on arrival and Yenny was a very lovely room attendant.
