Pearl of Madeira by Atlantic Holiday

Welcome to Pearl of Madeira by Atlantic Holiday, a villa located in Calheta, on the southwest coast of Madeira Island, offering a comfortable setting for couples, families, and groups of friends looking to enjoy the island at their own pace.



With capacity for up to 6 guests, the villa features three bedrooms, including two suites with queen-size beds and one bedroom with two single beds, providing both comfort and privacy during your stay. Guests also have access to three bathrooms, making it a practical choice for families or groups.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals. Outside, you can enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue area, ideal for spending time together after exploring the island.



For added convenience, the villa includes private parking, air conditioning and heating, Smart TV with box, washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot, and high chair. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning, allowing flexibility for late arrivals. Please note that smoking inside the house is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment.



Heated Pool:

Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.

During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.
