Wir kamen sehr spät an, doch Cristina holte uns gut gelaunt am vereinbarten Treffpunkt ab, lotste uns zum Haus und überraschte uns mit festlich gedecktem Tisch, selbst gekochtem 3-Gänge-Menü und stimmungsvollem Kerzenlicht überall. Ein wunderschöner Urlaubsauftakt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt: zweimal pro Woche wurde geputzt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Alles ist sehr sauber, gemütlich...

“Heerlijke 10 dagen gehad. Mooie ruime villa op een mooie rustige locatie. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Aardige host Rosa. Voor ons zijn alleen de bedden te hard.”

“We had a fantastic stay with Maria. The rustic property was in a cute, quiet, and private location with an amazing view of the ocean. Easy parking was available below the church, which was a 5-minute walk away from the property. The garden and view were highlights of the property that we will always remember. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to anyone wanting to visit Madeira.”

“My family and I spent 10 nights in Calheta at Alberto’s beautiful home! It was a great amount of space for 3 adults and one 10 year old. Easily could have fit another family with the use of downstairs. The place was well equipped to make meals and eat on the veranda overlooking the town and the mighty Atlantic. We loved staying in Calheta- with a rental car- it was easy to access various other nearby communities. The town is just down the hill (by car) and there are a good amount of restaurants...

We loved the pool, the barbecue, the fireplace and the fully equiped kitchen. A cup of coffee on the patio in the early morning watching miles and miles of the atlantic far below is true life quality :) Wifi worked fast and smooth with no problems. We hired cars for the duration, a must to enjoy what Madeira has to offer. We very much enjoyed the local village and various spots along this southern coast line. Calheta beach offers an array of restaurants and a supermarket close by. A very chilled and enjoyable holiday on this sunny side of the island.”
