Vila Venusta is a bright and welcoming T3 villa, perfect for those who value tranquility, comfort, and breathtaking landscapes. Situated in Arco da Calheta on Madeira Island, it is ideal for family holidays or trips with friends, away from the busy city pace.

Accommodating up to 6 people, the house features three double bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. On the lower floor, there is an additional guest WC. One of the bedrooms boasts panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The lower level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area, and direct access to the outdoors.

Outside, there is a barbecue area and dining table—perfect for outdoor gatherings. The pool and unobstructed views create the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sunset while watching paragliders frequently passing in front of the house.

With private parking, this home offers the perfect balance between nature, comfort, and privacy.

Located in Arco da Calheta, one of Madeira’s sunniest areas, Vila Venusta offers easy access to Calheta Beach, the village center, supermarkets, restaurants, and other local attractions. An excellent base to explore the island calmly, surrounded by natural beauty and unforgettable views.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

RULES

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
