“The reservation process at this hotel is so sketchy. You might think once you have done your booking online and put in your card details you are all set...Wrong! Just after booking they will contact you via a NON VERIFIED random whatsapp number to ask you to PRINT and Manually fill a bunch of forms, PLUS they will ask you to send a picture of your full credit card via Whatsapp...again, to an unverified number. When I told them I wasn't going to do any of that and wanted to cancel, they told me...

“The hotel itself was lovely and clean, the town is nice, reception staff were helpful and the food served in the restaurant was very good. However, my room did not have an external window, only one pointing into the hallway, meaning it was very dark. Also, on my second day I was interrupted by the manager and two builders who had decided that my stay was the perfect time to do a little renovation work and install a new blind, leaving bits of plaster all over the floor. ”

“The hotel stay was an incredible value for the nightly rate. The hotel counts with an small underground parking garage for guests. Breakfast was included and there were hot items like eggs cooked different styles and calentado (rice and beans) and cold cuts, cheese, fruit and baked goods. Breakfast was generally good but some of the fruit (and the dessert from the night before) was frozen and tasteless. There is a pool and gym on-site but I cannot evaluate them as I did not use those...
