“The location was perfect, close to the lake and trails. The home was beautiful. Backyard fenced but had tons of poop. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use. “We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse was fresh and clean and beautifully appointed, with exceptional views and amenities. The hosts, are warm and friendly people. They thoughtfully left fresh flowers and made sure to put out water/food bowls, a nice bed, and other items for our dog. Such a touching thought. David and Nancy, thank you so much for your hospitality. It was nice to meet you both. We hope to stay again, next time we're in the area. A definite 10 out of 10!!🫶”

This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. There was a pile of moldy rotten wood and trash bags next to the front door upon arrival and active construction in one of the bedrooms. “I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them”
