“We LOVED the site, it is beautiful and the yoga tent and the playground for kids was nice! There were all the amenities needed in the house. We recommend! It is a bit far from everything so I suggest to spend more than one night. ”

“This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on...

“We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!”

“The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!”

The description and images matched what we saw and expected. WiFi works great. The only concern is the steep driveway to the house.
