“We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Springer House! It has so much history and character! The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The only downside was that the road and park out front were both closed and under construction. However, we loved the atmosphere, service, and food at Casa Del Rio just down the street. “Had stayed there before but this time the bathrooms were filthy and so were the rooms dust everywhere and spider webs plus the chair in the tv sitting room broke while my 74 year old wife was sitting in it was a little scary at first luckily she didn’t hit her head. Plus no one told us they were doing construction in from of building so there was no way to sleep in or relax during the day”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures are very accurate. There are people on each side of you, but there are dividers and they are far enough away so that it still feels very private. “I chose this place due to the fact it had a pool for my grandkids to play after sightseeing each day. Didn't realize I was getting a bonus. The owners of this property (who live onsite) had a son and daughter the exact same age as my grandchildren. The kids became fast friends. The home was adorable. Plenty of room for three of us. “Everything was clean when I checked in no stains on the sheets, no trash on the ground,no marks no nothing. Parking was great. I love how there are a lot of shops nearby, when I forgot something I could either drive (5-10min) or walk (3-20min). I most definitely book this place again”

“Property was not cleaned after last stay. Dirty sheets and towels. Had to jump through hoops to get the host on the phone through Expedia and he just offered a refund saying he couldn’t do anything about it. Haven’t been able to get of the host since and have not gotten a refund. ”
