  • Combining the privacy & creature comforts of an apartment with the service and amenities of a hotel, this fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment will no doubt delight. As an UpValley Inn & Hot Springs guest, enjoy access to our 100% geothermal mineral water pool & hot tub as well as our European dry sauna and eucalyptus infused steam room. Complimentary access to the Calistoga shuttle is included allowing you to ditch the car on the way out the wineries. At the end of the day, head back to your cozy retreat. Just remember, keep it a secret!

    This former manager's apartment has been transformed into a chic, 1 bedroom apt, located above the hotel's main lobby. Fully furnished for longer stays, with full kitchen and outside private balcony.

    UpValley Inn & Hot Springs staff is available throughout the day all through your stay.

    Situated at the end of Lincoln Avenue at the intersection of the legendary Silverado Wine trail, UpValley Inn & Hot Springs is an ideal location from which to enjoy your Wine Country vacation. Our apartment features a beautiful view of the Palisades Mountains with the Oat Hill Mine trail less than a 5 minute walk away.

    Complimentary parking is available at the hotel. Guests also receive complimentary access to the local Calistoga shuttle which is a door to door service that has pickup and drop off services at numerous wineries and downtown Calistoga. We also offer 2 hour complimentary access to our cruiser bicycles. Just ask our Guest Service agents!

    This unit is only accessible by a set of stairs. Daily housekeeping is not included. There are no laundry facilities, however the local laundromat is a two minute drive into town.
    We're sure you are great chefs, but please use the kitchen hood fan at all times when cooking to avoid transference of aroma down to the lobby!

    The unit shares heating and cooling with my office downstairs. I would appreciate it if you can keep the thermostat at reasonable temperatures during your stay as well as shutting off all lights when leaving the apartment!

A lovely place to stay in Calistoga

This place was so sweet and cute. Not too in the middle of things, but within walking distance. The little apartment was fully stocked and easily managed. I hope we can stay here again soon.

Cute, clean and convenient.

Great location, very clean and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed our daily saunas and walks into town. The only thing to note is that due to the apartment being above the lobby, we could hear the staff arriving early each morning to prepare for the day. Not voices, just doors opening and closing often.

April weekend

Apartment is just as pictured, updated, comfortable, and very clean. Agree with previous comments about hearing workers in the morning through the thin front door. We also thought it was odd that we couldn’t use the pool facilities prior to check in time due to insurance.

Everything was great, steps to apartment are a bit steep. Not a problem for us, but could be for some. Also listing said 1.5 bath. Again turned out fine but since we were hear for a wedding we were hoping for the extra bath space. And lastly we had difficulty getting into apartment after hours. So beware! Make sure guests know about the emergency number for after hours help.

Very clean apartment (housed just above the office area of the hotel) within walking distance to all the many fun places on Lincoln in Calistoga. If you don’t want to walk there’s a complimentary shuttle bus to take you if you prefer. While some reviews mentioned noticing the noise of the employees starting their shifts, it was not bothersome or even anything to note for us. Very congenial staff. We did not take part in the pool/spa/steam as we preferred to spend our time enjoying the walk to the restaurants, shops and local breweries/etc. Definitely a great place to stay in Calistoga. Safe, fun area. Would definitely stay again. *Please note you do have to be able to climb stairs for this location*
