Escape to the water’s edge — a lovingly kept, pet-friendly cottage with sun-drenched deck and direct waterfront access through the leafy reserve in the backyard. From the deck you can drink in lovely bay views and the gentle soundtrack of the water — perfect for slow mornings with coffee or sunset evenings by the fire.
Inside, warm, comfortable living zones invite relaxed stays: the lounge centres on a cosy fireplace and opens to bright, view-facing living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooktop and coffee machine) overlooks the bay — handy for family meals or casual BBQs on the deck.
The layout is flexible for families: there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (a separate studio provides a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom and laundry, ideal as a private parents’ retreat or extra guest space). The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests and has an enclosed yard so pets can enjoy the outdoors too.
Practical extras you’ll appreciate: off-street parking, roomy deck with BBQ, smart TV and WiFi (note: internet in regional areas can be patchy), and a warm outdoor ambiance courtesy of the fireplace — an especially nice touch during cooler months. This is a family-friendly, non-party waterfront cottage that invites easy, relaxed stays.

Important Information
- From mid-October, linen and towels will be supplied at all properties at no additional charge. If you previously arranged linen hire for a BYO property, you will no longer need to — it is now included in your booking.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- The total price stated includes a credit card fee of 1.6%. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the credit card fee will not be refunded.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 7 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
