The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with generous bench space and modern appliances that make feeding a crowd simple, while the adjacent dining area seats twelve for shared meals. Multiple living spaces give everyone room to relax — two comfortable lounges plus a dedicated cinema room mean movie nights and quiet corners are both easily accommodated. Sliding glass doors open to the inground pool and lush backyard, creating excellent indoor–outdoor flow for kids to splash and grownups to unwind.

Practical comforts are thoughtful and plentiful: ducted air-conditioning throughout, three well-appointed bathrooms (including a corner bath downstairs), laundry facilities and off-street parking with room for several vehicles. - This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.
