“Room was clean & comfortable with well appointed amenities. Staff was amazing & friendly. Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!”

Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) “We had a wonderful stay at the WG Creole House! Nice, clean, warm and welcoming house. Better than expected (and we had high hopes!). We had a really nice room with big closets, a big and comfy bed, Netflix and a smal refridgerator. We shared bathroom with others (that we almost didn’t notice) and a big lovely kitchen where we ate our breakfast every morning. “The receptionist (young girl) was not welcoming while busy with her private phone. Not one smile or good morning during purwhole stay. No information, we had to ask about everything. Breakfast was kaos and poor. This was the popfest breakfast during out trip visitibg 6 different hotels and this was by far the priciest. Guy in breakfast unfriendly and in a very bad mood. Rooms supersmall, cleaning only upon request. Very overpriced Hotel. You only stay here for the lookstion. Will not come...

“Every staff member that I met, from the manager Corey, to the reception staff, the valets, and the housekeepers were extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. I was given a bigger room which offered an immaculate interior design. The hotel was clean, the neighborhood was safe, and close (whether walking distance or by car) to a lot of restaurants and shops that I had on my agenda.”
