“Beautiful agriturismo perfect for a relaxing getaway. Remote location in lovely forested area, yet just 30 to 50 minutes away from Piazza Armerina, Caltagirone, Enna and Sicily Outlet Village. Staff and owners were all friendly and accommodating, and meals were delicious. Rooms clean and comfortable.”

“Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina.”

“Such a beautiful and secluded area. The building is beautiful and quaint. It’s really quiet and peaceful. Staff is very friendly and the hotel restaurant is great! I would have wished for a nice hike or trail, there was some tracks, but a bit difficult to follow. They have some plastic grass in the courtyard which is a bummer! ”

“I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com...
