On the negative side, there’s cameras everywhere and I find it inappropriate that the pool has a couple of them. The guards at the beach club are a bit rude and condescending. "Väldigt fina moderna rum och ett hotell med mycket vacker utsikt. Bra säkerhet runt hotellet och hjälpsam personal. En större och en mindre pool och möjlighet till bad i snön, var väldigt uppskattat. Vägen till hotellet var dock en mardröm och det tog ca 30-40 minuter att köra de sista 6 km fram till hotellet på grund av en riktigt fruktansvärd grusväg dit. Hotellet skriver i sitt avtal att de inte tar ansvar för värdesaker som inte förvaras i säkerhetsskåpet, men det finns inga säkerhetsskåp i något av rummen. Efter att detta påtalades gavs vi möjlighet att förvara våra värdesaker i receptionens säkerhetsskåp, vilket vi inte gjorde då detta blev mycket opraktiskt och kändes opålitligt. Frukost (5 olika alternativ på mat) ingick men allt utöver detta (förutom te/kaffe) var mot en kostnad (även vatten) och tog mycket betalt för allt."
