Pets: This is a no pet property, including any pets visiting the property. However, pets have been in the home previously, so if you are highly allergic to animal hair, please take note.

Camano Island is an outdoor enthusiasts dream with endless beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, and wondering state parks. It is a well known vacation destination for Washingtonians and visitors from afar. I've grown up vacationing on the island and have plenty of recommendations! The property is located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Seattle. No ferry is required.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please no parties.
Pets: This is a no pet property. No pets are permitted in the house, property grounds, or visiting.
Neighbors are extremely pleasant and this is a tight knit beach community. However, we all respect one another’s property. There are no fences and everyone enjoys the serenity of the views and the beach. Please respect the property lines and bulkheads of other owners.
