“We were checked in by Julia, who went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. The room was beautiful and clean. Excellent size bathroom, great addition with the washer and dryer. “The hotel was beautifully renovated with many original fittings. It is in a great location for shopping and dining, with all the major stores within walking distance. The staff were very nice and replied promptly to some questions I had before check in. I was only there overnight and didn't get up in time for breakfast but the menu looked great. My only very minor negative comment would be that the bed was very creaky. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Ballarat. ”

“Very pleasant stay at stylish hotel. Friendly staff. Restaurant at the hotel. Close to the railroad but it wasn't disturbing and we heard no trains during the night. Very comfy bed!”
