“We were there for an extended stay. Check in was great. Lots of local history to explore. Good restaurants choices. Even found a sports card store in town. Had everything we needed in dwelling. Will be back again.”

“Pros, Nice location off main road. Close to beach. Everything you needed for stay. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, water hose at condo to rinse off sand. Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island. ”

“This is a great place to experience Amelia Island. 3 bedrooms, 2 great bathrooms and a fantastic backyard with a fire pit and plenty of seating! Even lights with a remote control! Exactly as described and great communication with the hosts. Would absolutely recommend!”
