Accommodating up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, the villa's ground floor features two twin bedrooms sharing a full shower room, an additional bedroom with twin beds and two single pull-out beds, along with an adjacent shower room. The spacious living room, complete with a TV, offers comfortable seating and opens onto a covered terrace, while the dining room connects to another terrace with a table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and an adjacent laundry room with a washing machine provide convenience.



On the upper floor, a second living room with comfortable seating opens onto a large balcony boasting uninterrupted sea views. The master double bedroom features an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.



A separate cottage on the property hosts a games room with a football table, providing entertainment for all ages.
