“We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

“Wild Oscar is an ”okey” hotel, but nothing more. The vibe is little bit off. Our bedlinen had a lot of small holes in it. Entire hotel needs a facelift!”

“We were so happy with our stay, the service was great and always felt safe and secure. The reception was available 24/7 as well as the really nice door man, extra plus for answering WhatsApp messages so fast when we were not at the hotel. There was water available on the floor which appreciated. The hotel has a really nice location, close to parks, great restaurants and we were really amazed the morning after when we walked out the first time upon arrival the night before.

“From check in to check out our everything went well. The Hotel is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants close to it. This Hotel is really luxury and the best was the friendly staff. If we ever come to Mexico City again, we will stay here again!”
