“We were so happy with our stay, the service was great and always felt safe and secure. The reception was available 24/7 as well as the really nice door man, extra plus for answering WhatsApp messages so fast when we were not at the hotel. There was water available on the floor which appreciated. The hotel has a really nice location, close to parks, great restaurants and we were really amazed the morning after when we walked out the first time upon arrival the night before. However, the condos are showing wear and tear that needs attention. Most of the plants on the terrace are dead, making a bad first impression.
