A small sleepy villige, mostly Italians speaking just Italian, quite few resturants made our choise to stay mostly att the house easy. A foodshop quite near the house gave us what we needed. “Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!”

“We had a nice week in La Turbie! The view from the property is amazing and there was a nice constant breeze. We loved the way the house opened up onto a patio. Walking up (up!) the hill to the village bakery and restaurants was fun. It was a good base for exploring the area. ”

“Really nice house with grear facilities and amazing view.The pool is a lot better than in the pics and deep enough to dive in.The kitchen is well equipped The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are a lot comfier than usual rentals.Communication was very good, and we were left alone to have some privacy, which is also unusual for rentals.All in all a very enjoyable stay and it's nice for people to entrust their home to you for a holiday, it's greatly appreciated.”

“Jean Pierre was absolutely wonderful, the villa is more gorgeous in person and the view is unreal. The layout was great, the AC worked perfectly. It is not somewhere you can really walk, Ubers are expensive into town but come quickly. Would 100% stay again. Chartered the boat for a day which was the highlight of our trip! ”

“We had a lovely time in Simona's villa at the heights of Menton. There is a splendid view of the sea and Cap Martin from the terrace and the perfect pool. We really enjoyed the fact that there is no one overlooking the property and the large grounds. The rooms are spacious and there is also a safe off road carpark. The walk to town is about 10-15 minutes on a steep but well maintain and lit path. We never used the car during our stay, but got a lot of exercise...The villa is in a quiet area but...
