“For the beach view and proximity to beach an 6 out of 5 star rating! The condo is clean. The kitchen had pots, dishes and cutlery. Note: there is no hand soap, shampoo, paper towel or beach towels. There is a hallway camera inside the condo, Homerti responded quickly and informed us to use the cover to close it. It is for when the condo is unoccupied. The bar restaurant music performance is louder than I expected and does go until midnight.”

“Recently stayed here (2 adults and 2 kids under 9yo) we was pleasantly surprised & impressed with this lovely villa and owner Markus. Communication, check in and all other elements was a breeze and Markus lives nearby should u ever need. Location was lovely and peaceful, good amenities on your doorstep, such as 2 lovely supermarkets and a fantastic cafe serving amazing coffee, breakfast and lunch... both within 2mins walk. Note locationwise you are set back from beach front and main area but...

“Check in via key box works great. Appartment is neat and simple but well equipped. Oven didnt work. Neighbors are friendly but own singing Birds. Spaceous terrace! Supermarket and restaurants close by. Nice beach walks possible.”

“Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Lage ein Traum. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erledigen - einkaufen - Strand - shoppen - Abendessen und auch mal abends etwas feiern. Wir waren ca 30 Minuten zu früh vor Ort, was aber absolut kein Problem war die Damen die gerade sauber gemacht haben haben uns gesagt wir können gerne schon mal das Gepäck rein bringen und uns auf die Terrasse setzen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt ”

“Modern, zentral, ein schöner Strand direkt vor der Tür. Mallorca ist klasse. Wir haben die Insel mit einem Mietwagen bereist. Das Appartement ist für zwei Personen top. Modern ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Ein kleiner Hinweis... eventuell ist nach der Saison Zeit eine Grundreinigung durchzuführen. Es wäre schade um die wirklich schöne Einrichtung. Herzlichen Dank. ”

“We highly recommend this house. The house is 100 meters from the beach. Has a modern kitchen with a lot of equipment, 3 nice bathrooms and 4 spacious bedrooms. The back garden is very nice with a dining table for 6 and a barbeque. Petra and her husband gave us fantastic service from the first contact. We stayed two weeks and would love to come back.”

“The house is really tiny, looks bigger on the pictures. It is few steps from beach and touristic area full of shops, restaurant and bars. The house is quiet and a neighboor from the right side is really lovely. Unfortunatelly there was a cockroach at the house, we were huning him for two days and I was so affraid I could not sleep :(. Communication with the owner was OK, sometimes we had to wait a day for an answer. But they allowed us later check-out which was great. The city is a bit dirty...
