“My family had an excellent experience. We did get lost coming in, as google kept translating the address as in golden BC not Nicholson. We contacted the host and she got us to her where she personally drove up and let us follow her. The customer service was so amazing. The main sleep area had the most comfortable bed, pillows and blanket ever! The bathroom was beautiful,the windows all the way around provide a beautiful visual and the hot tub was very nice. We had a great experience.”

“Amazing experience, really good hosts and a beautiful property, just wish the fire place inside was wood burning, outdoor fireplace right outside does make up for it, but everything else was amazing, will definitely book again”

“Arrived after midnight. The bedsheets in the master bedroom were very stained. I had to sleep on top of the duvet. I sent a video to the host and they told me to text it to them as well. A couple days have passed and have yet to hear anything back.”

“Stayed here in May 2026. The room was IMMACUATELY clean--I can't say I've seen a cleaner room in all of my previous hotel stays. We had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need--the high chair and playpen/crib was awesome to have for our little one. The beds were really comfortable as described in other reviews. The heating and cooling worked great in the unit as we needed a bit of both during our stay.
