Please Note: Due to being an apartment complex, there is a no party policy. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Non-compliance can result in removal of guests without a refund and a $500 fee. Additionally, there is a no smoking/vaping policy within the apartments, both indoors and outdoors, with a $200 cleaning fee for non-compliance.

Brand new apartment complex in the heart of the city. The unit has full internal laundry facilities. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack.
Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged.
