The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.

The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN
Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

- There is paid parking available around the building, along with nearby 1- and 2-hour free parking options.

Check-in details will be sent to you two days before your arrival. Your access codes will be sent separately four hours before check-in for security purposes.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

**Booking Confirmation**
Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.

**Check-In & Check-Out**

- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.

**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.

**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
