You`ll be close to hatted restaurants, funky cafes, single-origin roasters, breweries, bars and killer shopping. Great for singles, couples, business travellers, and small families.
Families will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen with European appliances. We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
Enjoy the Nespresso coffee machine and laptop nook.
Delight in the simple pleasure of a pot of tea on our balcony, overlooking the beautifully maintained courtyard gardens. I provide a basic selection of food for breakfast, including milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to stock food items for longer stays.
It is also important to note that there is a construction ongoing nearby and potentially some noise. If you are a light-sleeper or someone who wants to sleep in a lot, you might want to bring earphones for your stay.

Wash it all down with a Zierholz pale ale or a Vietnamese coffee and hit the stylish pop-up shops selling jewellery, art, fashion and homewares from local designers.

9. THE LAKE: On foot, by bicycle or Segway (both available for hire), any way you do it, the scenic 5km loop between Commonwealth Avenue and Kings Avenue bridges (`Bridge-to-Bridge`, as the locals call it) is a stunning way to burn off some of your indulgences.

THE CLASSICS: As you round Lake Burley Griffin, you`ll take in some iconic Canberra sights such as the War Memorial; The National Library of Australia; Questacon; The High Court of Australia; The National Gallery of Australia; The National Portrait Gallery; and the National Carillon. They are iconic for a reason - pick one or two and explore them thoroughly!
Ride with Action Buses - there are bus stops right outside our place on Ainslie Avenue. Plan your trip at ACT Transport`s handy `Plan Your Trip` webpage.
Canberra can be pretty cold in our winter months and our heater is energy efficient which means it can take some time to heat up! Please make sure that the switch on the wall labeled ‘heat’ is turned on and you turn the knob on the heater to the desired heat setting (0-5). It may take a few hours to reach the desired setting!
