Important Note: In this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, we seek to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties or loud noises/music are not allowed at night.

It is important to mention that due to internal security policies, a pre-check-in form will have to be completed in order to provide you with access data to the property.

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

We ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, no visitors or extra guests, nor pets are allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- A swimsuit is mandatory to use the pool. Hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to $200 USD as a penalty or remove or contact the police for an eviction due to bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have complete privacy of the property, however if any force majeure occurs where we have to access we would let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.)

L'hôte nous a imposé une amende de 500 pesos sans avertissement pour avoir fait secher 2 serviettes sur le bacon avant. Il ne répond aux aux messages que sporadiquement et il n' a pas fait de ménage pendant 12 jours, poubelle qui débordait, pas de table et tres peu ou pas de vaisselle si on souhaite se cuisiner un repas sur place. Pas de bols pour dejeuner. Bref, mauvais service sur toute laligne, je ne recommande cet hebergement a personne
