“Dirty bed and sheets, mold around AC and on walls. So much odor so we had a hard time to be in the room. Floors where not cleaned at all. Above this there where people screaming in the hallway. We stayed one night out of 10 and they refused to refund us. Would not recommend this place to anyone. ”

“The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

“The apartment is really lovely with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun! I spent most of my days by the rooftop pool, a relaxing area where you have a view of the ocean in every direction.
The apartment is located just across the street from one of the public beaches (Playa Tortugas) as well as the ferry to Isla Mujeres - a beautiful island with really nice beaches too if you’d rather get some sand between your toes. There is also a small groccery store nearby where you...
