In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.



One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.



Getting Around:

You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, your Concierge can help you book those services.



Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival, we will ask for a passport or ID photo of each guest and for them to sign the condominium rules to ensure a good relationship with the neighbors.



The condominium has visible security cameras. None of these cameras invade the privacy of guests; they are located in common areas and are used to enhance the security of the condominium.
