Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Standard check-in begins strictly at 3:00 PM, and checkout time is strictly 11:00 AM.

• Mandatory All-Inclusive Fees (2026 Pricing): All-inclusive fees are mandatory and paid directly to the front desk upon check-in. Rates are $129 per adult per day, and $67 per child (ages 5–12) per day. Children under age 5 are free.

• Visitor Tax (Quintana Roo): Foreign travelers must pay a state Visitor Tax of approximately $10 USD per person (ages 4 and up) at check-in or online via www.visitax.gob.mx/sitio (proof of payment required).

• Environmental Sanitation Fee: An Environmental Sanitation fee is charged by the resort at checkout.

• Daily Activity Policy: One daily activity per person is included with each night booked. Activities are assigned by the resort team and subject to weather conditions and seasonal availability.

• Standard Cancellation & Fee Policy: Reservations require a standard, non-changeable reservation fee. Normal Club cancellation policies apply.

House Rules / Policies

• Strictly Non-Smoking Policy: In compliance with Mexico's Tobacco Control Law, smoking/tobacco consumption is strictly prohibited in outdoor public gathering areas, beaches, and non-smoking rooms. Dedicated designated smoking areas are provided on-property.

• Dog-Friendly Policy: Welcomes dogs with advance registration; includes a specialized pampering kit with a bed and bowls. Additional cost per night plus taxes per room applies. The rate includes dog accommodation and special cleaning.

• Service Animals Welcome: No additional cost

• Age Requirement: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
