“Water flow through showers should be checked, and check in time should be quicker. Amenities like the bowling’s center, pool and playground are great. Continental breakfast was ok and staff were friendly.”

“What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. “We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“The staff, location and uniqueness of the property are its strengths. It is an old building that has been turned into a nice boutique hotel. The value is good, the room was clean, although a bit small. The AC stopped cooling the last night there, which was a downer and I am certain the hotel fixed it immediately. They did comp me for the inconvenience, so that put me at ease. The restaurant was under renovation, and I cannot speak to that, but I don't knock them for it since it is an effort...

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”

“My room was super small and very minimalistic. It has limited front desk service. The property is newly renovated but in a marginal neighborhood. It was not a good value for what I paid.”
