We thank you for your feedback. Please understand that with the staff shortages going on in town it can be very difficult to allow later check outs. We apologize for any inconvenience. The floor are always cleaned but the slate may need to be recoated we will look into this. After further investigation our housekeeping team had a miscommunication about the sofabed they will work harder to avoid this. In future please contact our front desk team as we may be able to provide you with a different stall but ultimately if your vehicle is too big we do have above ground parking for our guests. Please note that you booked a family unit where the rates have been discounted. We also do our best to make sure that our rates are competitive within the Bow Valley. In future if you wish to bring your pets we do have another property called PRC Annex - Pet Friendly that you and your family will enjoy.
