We have a coffee drinker and a tea drinker, and both were well looked after (the tea pot was much appreciated). We did eat in occasionally, so made good use of the well stocked kitchen. We found the suite very spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious condo. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need, including an in-suite washer and dryer. The location was great - quick to downtown Canmore and also easy access to Banff National Park.We would love to stay in this condo again in the future.

The Hemera condo was just what we needed for our time in this area. The accommodations were great, comfortable beds, nice balcony. The location was easy in and easy out. Dream trip in the Rockies

Extra clean property in a nice older complex but well maintained. Like being at home considering that the unit has ALL the items that you would have in your home.Well located and close to downtown with all the restaurants/shops.Free parking on site.Easy and rapid communication with host. Would recommend without any hesitations. Thank you for this dream vacation.

The property was just ok. The outdoor furniture was dirty and VERY uncomfortable. The beds were definitely NOT Tempur-Pedic like stated in the description. They were quite uncomfortable. Also, the towels were very thin and worn. It would be nice to have beach towels for pool use. The TV's did NOT come with Netflix as stated. The bathroom and showers were very nice, but the toilets had a continual odor to them. There was really no place to put luggage in one bedroom. Overall it was just average.

Base for exploring Banff National Park

This was a convenient and comfortable place to stay while exploring Banff by car. The unit was clean and comfortable with a variety of places to sit and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and eating. Canmore has good restaurants and grocery stores and is easy to get around. There is a patio but at the view is of neighboring condos, and a nearby HVAC system generates a lot of noise outdoors or with windows and doors open. We were out most of the day and the weather was cool so didn’t make much difference to us.

The Accommodations are beautiful overall. Kitchen well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, bathrooms roomy, and very clean throughout. Was a bonus to have parking included, as well as buildings pool/hot tub. Would definitely recommend this getaway property

Only 1 issue, otherwise great.

The property was better than expected, view ok, the only issue, there was no direction that to get to the unit from underground parking, you have to go to 3rd floor, go across the property, take another elevator to 2nd floor to get to the suite. Not a huge deal, but confusing on the first day.

Girls Get Away

Booking was easy and smooth. Communication prior to check in was great with the management team but then it deteriorated. We got to the condo, checked in and headed out. In the morning, we found an empty coffee can, and a coffee maker with coffee grounds left in it. We messaged the management team, and tried to call multiple times and got no response. Also that day we found garbage beside the couch and dirty dishes that n the cupboard. When we were getting ready for checkout I messaged the team again to see what we were required to clean before leaving. Never got a response. I think coffee is a staple, and a clean space would be an expectation by most guests. Quite disappointing that nobody responded to our inquiries after check in.
