The keys will be delivered by hand during the opening hours of the agency from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as well as possible and I can even give you addresses and good plans of the moment!
Outside the opening hours of the agency you will have to contact us to follow our instructions, be careful late arrivals will be charged.

Any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be increased by an additional flat rate of âŹ50 (please note that we do not hand over the key after 11:00 p.m.)
Departures will be at 10:00 a.m. We can nevertheless agree on a departure between 9:30 am and 11:00 am depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not collect keys before 9:30 a.m.)
Late departures between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. will be charged 20âŹ.
The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online when booking. (Amount of tourist tax: âŹ4 per person per day)
A deposit of âŹ1000 will be requested for any reservation via the Swikly application.
Subscription to resort liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant's liability in the event of a claim and could in no way be the fault of the property manager.
