“Just walk out the front door and you are within a short walk to all the downtown Manitou shops restaurants and galleries. 10 minutes to the grocery and the Garden of the Gods. The apartment is lovely, clean, comfortable, quiet and offered everything needed for our 3 day stay including a well stocked kitchen. Owners were very responsive to our questions . Offered great suggestions for beautiful drive the mountains and some cute mountain towns Loved sitting on the balcony listening to bluegrass...

“Very clean, just the right size apartment for a mother/daughter trip, with excellent communication (and directions!) to the property. A great location too - Manitou Springs is out the front door. I use forearm crutches/canes to get around - the area isn't wheelchair accessible, but where in a mountain town would it be? I didn't have any issues with the stairs or walkways. Highly recommend!”

“Loved the private outdoor space. There were special wash cloths for removing make-up which I though was a stroke of genius - something I'm going to do at home as well. We hosted a family dinner and had everything we needed but a potato peeler, which I 'donated' to the utensil's drawer,”

“Next door to a Veterans Motorcycle Club so very loud. It was nice everything brand new, but the dryer didn’t work and the bed was really hard. Stairs are also really steep and there are 25 of them!”
