Everything you could need or want is provided. The hot tub under the stars, on the water is really the icing on the cake.”

“The cottage was a wonderful place to stay. It is small but perfectly set up and updated. The location on the water was quite relaxing and I would often sit on the daybed reading and glancing up through the large windows and enjoy the view. It was easy to get in contact with Donna and she replied quickly. I had to change the check-in date and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay.”

“Immaculate and cozy one bedroom cottage next to numerous trails at Devils Hopyard and protected lands right from the door step. Very quiet and rural if that is what you're looking for. Restaurants about 5-10 miles away. Looking to stay again maybe next year for our Anniversary or another special occasion. Am going to recommend to family that I know would love this spot.”

“I absolutely loved this spot. I had such a great time and I actually miss it! I especially love the trails behind the inn. I had no idea that it was Pequot territory. It is really marvelous. Great to walk on. Not too hard, not too easy, tons of history, and a real sense of the sacred nature of Lantern Hill. I highly recommend.”

“Just a couple miles from campus, great locale for a family stay. Bonus chocolate pretzels upon arrival appreciated. Very great communication from hosts. It is an older cottage w quirks of an older house w original bathroom w no mirror, steep staircase to basement off the kitchen, small TV, but great for playing some games and close place to sleep/shower.”

“We loved this property! The house was perfect for our family with 2 seperate areas so everyone had room to spread out. It was clean and comfortable and the communication with the owner was excellent. The pontoon boat and kayaks were so much fun and the lake beyond peaceful! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.”
