“The property was overall very good and adequate. Location was great. Each room had individual HVAC devices which was great since each of us could set temperature to our liking. Only negatives were that outside stair rail was a little loose and the floors were very creaky.”

“The couch was caved in ! It was only a half roll of tissue nor extra paper towels , I had to reach to the host one of the full size bed was kind of broken . But I love the aesthetics of the place ”

“Host was kind and responsive but house was in poor condition not as nice as pictured. There is NO KING size bed as advertised (only twin and full). It was obviously smoked in often and not clean. Some sheets were worn through and mattresses were cheap and hard. We found smoking remnants throughout the home in windowsills, closets, drawers with other personal items like an inhaler. Washer and dryer were barely working and the furnace struggled too. Some parts of the house just would not warm up....
