A great place

Loved the house! We held my sisters Bach party here with 16 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was wonderful. We loved that everything was stocked and ready for us. I would love to book again in the future for family trips.

Yay: beautiful views, great open spaces, lots of sleep areas, bunkhouse has its own kitchen and bathroom space; also enjoyed spa/pool; convenient locationRoom for growth: it felt like the house had been cleaned but not recently used- spiderwebs in corners, blinds & under couches had dust, roly-polies on floor and on top of one beds, dishwasher hinge would not work. Toilet handle in primary bath would easily become disconnected & NO water pressure in shower. Girls all washed hair in upstairs shower. Stairs to river would be unsafe with anything in hands or with young kids. We would not sit in outdoor lounge chairs due to black mold in cushions. Bunkroom bathroom light blinked like a strobe light. First night primary bed’s middle bracing slat was unattached making the bed unstable. It was immediately fixed next morning. Thank you! Place just needs a little TLC. Overall we would stay here again as it is a great space.

Very nice home

Although the house accommodated our family of 17 perfectly, the landscaping needs some attending to and it wasn’t as easy getting down to the river as the listing lead to believe. I’m glad there was a small pool/spa on the porch our 6 grand littles loved it. Overall, we loved this property and still give it a 10 outta 10.

We enjoyed our stay. Any issues with the house were addressed quickly. Upstairs had the queen bed shared a bathroom with the room with a king and twin beds. Downstairs, the trundle twin shared a bathroom with the other king bed. Then the bunk room on the lower level shared one bathroom. The pool is a hot tub, but they were able to turn off the heater for our hot summer stay. The stairs down to the river are steep. We had to walk through a bit of mud to get to the river.

A couple of minor issue - overhead lights in the living room would not come on (management offered to have maintenance come right out) and heater didn't seem to be able to keep up in the main living area and master bedroom (winter weather over MLK weekend) but not overly uncomfortable. Property management very helpful and friendly.

River vacation weekend

House was amazing and property management company made the process very easy. The only thing that did not seem to work was we could not get the pool/spa to heat up. The river was cold due to much rain and would have liked the warm water. Everything else was great. One thing I really appreciated was the thoroughness of the instructions for check in and checkout. The were concise and easy to follow. My family had a wonderful weekend. Thank you

Excellent vacation with teens

Reviewer Comments: This home provided an incredible amount of both indoor space(5000sqft? ) and multiple outdoor decks to accommodate our family and friends. The teenagers highly enjoyed the downstairs apartment with 7beds, a tv/4loungers, a separate mini kitchen/table, bathroom, a covered porch and the very large tanning deck & oversized hot tub. It was a convenient drive to both Canyon Lake marina (14 mins) & Gruene Hall (20 mins). The home was very clean and well stocked to cook for large groups. We hope to return soon!
