“I always taking my own cleaning supplies and clean rooms before my family stays anywhere. The sunflower cottage was very clean and I only found one hair - I was so impressed. It was spacious enough for what we needed and was so quaint and tucked back in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely be staying again. The only surprise was being able to hear every word from the guests below us. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The pool and playground were wonderful. The working was fabulous....

“My two adult daughters and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was a short drive to a tube rental to go floating on the river which we truely enjoyed. There were great places to eat close by. We went to Guene, San Antonio and San Marcus which are all a short drive. It was easy to check in and out. We would rent this condo again.”

“My family and I stayed at this property and truly enjoyed every bit of it. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We felt right at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The area outside by the TV and the red outdoor sectional could use a little TLC, but it didn’t take away from our experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the future!”

“Great stay! Property was exactly as described and the condo was fully stocked, including coffee pods and creamer. The host even left welcome snacks which were especially appreciated by the kids. Location was excellent and close to everything. Literally right down the street from Schlitterbahn. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!”

“Beautiful, peaceful and unique property! We loved our stay. It was very relaxing. Deer, hummingbirds, and even little kittens were on the property. The only negative thing would be the driveway had pretty sharp corners and was hard to get in/out in an F250. But still was possible. We loved our stay and would stay again. ”

“Great condo for a family! Great location within easy walking distance of everything Gruene has to offer. Host was great to work with. Responded to messages promptly and made our entire stay an excellent experience. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.”

“This was such a cute property. It was very well kept and clean. The check in process was great. House was as pictured. I love how the bathroom has a separate “get ready space” with a mirror and small chair. WiFi/netflix/air conditioner/fridge all worked great. Not the best water pressure, but we were all able to take hot showers so that was nice. The chargers on the night stands were a great touch. Extra blankets and pillows if needed. The back porch was awesome with a great view of the river....
