“Beautiful home and beautiful views. The layout was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms plus a gameroom with a kitchenette upstairs and a large master suite down. The location was great being centrally located to both Schlitterbaun and the Comal River.We had a wonderful time and hope to return. I would recommend this property.”

“Everything was great except for property manager. The location was great, the access to river was nice. The only thing was the manager yelling and badgering guests for parking permits. We were being told we were being loud, we had small childten with us. ? What do expect? Sorry will not be staying here again.”

“Home was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Refrigerator had an icemaker. Plenty of towels and cleaning items available. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows.The backyard was simple, covered deck with a table a chairs. Grss covered lawn and beautiful cypress tress providing shade. Steps leading down to the river. There is a wooden dock. I was hoping for a place to put my chair in the river water and relax, but the water is too deep there, it just drops off. Only some roots to step down...
