Stuga i Texas Hill Country

En 1 sovrum, 1 badrum med loft, Real Log Cabin reträtt. Ligger på 5 tunnland i Texas Hill Country, är en liten gentleman ranch med kycklingar, (Farm Fresh Eggs tillgängliga!), kalkoner, rådjur och en mängd sångfåglar och säsongsbetonade kolibrier. Ägarna bor på plats.
Vår stuga är rullstolsvänlig, rökfri, husdjursfri, har ett fullt utrustat modernt kök, så bara ta med dina egna livsmedel eller besöka den lokala livsmedelsbutiken ungefär 5 mil bort.
Utrustad med en smart-TV, Wi-Fi och flera USB-portar som finns runt vardagsrummen för att hålla dig ansluten om du vill.
Sovrummet har en king size-säng, loftet har en queen size-säng och en queen-size futon, det stora rummet har en full storlek futon. Enkelt plats för 6-8 gäster.
Med extra parkeringsplats för din båt, är vi nära till båtramper på norra sidan av Canyon Lake.
Ramp # 23 @ 22100 N Cranes Mill Road är 5 miles.
Ramp # 22 @ 808 Park Shores Road är 7 miles.

Njut av naturen på uteplatsen med en kopp kaffe på morgonen gjord av en Keurig-kaffemarkör eller ett glas vin på kvällen.
Centralt beläget mellan San Antonio, Austin, gör dagsturer för att utforska den rika historien och roliga tider som båda städerna har att erbjuda.
Också nära till flera attraktioner som The Whitewater Amphitheatre i Canyon Lake, Schlitterbahn i New Braunfels, The Grist Mill och Greune Hall i Greune, de berömda Outlet Malls i San Marcos och 290 Wine Tours i Fredericksburg .... (bara några populära röster bakom Napa-dalen.) Men viktigast av allt är att njuta av sjön, röret eller kajaken i Guadalupe-floden eller cykla i området.

We had such a wonderful stay. The cabin was cozy, clean, and absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even helped us out when we needed heavy cream. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend

Cozy well stocked cabin perfect to celebrate hubby’s birthday. Very quiet and peaceful. Deer corn provided. Saw a beautiful fox. Highly recommended. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch

Beautiful place

The cabin was beautiful, spacious and exactly as pictured. It was very convenient that the kitchen was stocked with just about everything to cook meals. FYI take seasonings like salt and pepper but other than that we loved our stay. The owners are so nice as well. We would highly recommend this location to friends and family and hopefully be back some other time.

Beautiful and Family-Friendly Cabin Stay!

Our family of 6 booked this cabin for my father’s birthday and Labor Day weekend, and we were so happy we did! Everyone agreed that we would love to return, maybe in the winter to really bask in the aesthetic of the cabin. Very clean, easy check-in/check-out, and beautiful deer outside. It was great to comfortably relax and have the place to ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

Serenity Now

A very quiet and very comfortable place. As far as cabins go, super clean and roomy. With minor rearranging of seating the young ones were able to catch up on a movie or two. Plenty of outside space to sit around and sip on your favorite morning drink and then settle and embrace the evening’s serene sights and sounds. The owners live on the same premises within view of their beautiful home and we could tell they were readily available for any questions but appropriately gave us all the privacy we sought. They did give us a dozen of fresh eggs; which, were gone the very first morning. Deer did visit in their own quiet ways. A walking trail would have been an extra although plenty of walking trails in the parks and other areas near by. Over all, a choice place to visit and wind down. Hope to return sooner than later…before life gets too much with me. Thanks a bunch Mrs. Theresa, to you and your husband.

Great accommodations. The host provided free eggs from her hens, and we had daily visits from the local deer. It’s a little close to the house but overall we were able to enjoy our privacy sitting on the porch.

BEAUTIFUL cabin!!

A great stay!! The cabin was beautiful, and slept 5 of us comfortably!! The location was great for our day trips to San Antonio and San Marcos. We started and ended each day feeding and watching the deer, and even had one sighting of the gray fox!!

We have been visiting a least once a year, more when we can. Have been looking for a nice quiet place just far enough away from the busy part of town. I think we finally found it. We loved the cabin and everything about our stay. Just the right size for 4 adults and 2 large dogs. The owners Teresa and Rene make you feel so comfortable. They provided us with fresh eggs from their chickens and turkeys that we enjoyed for breakfast. We had to borrow a couple items for use during our visit that we had no room to carry, and they gladly loaned them to us. Very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed seeing the mama fox and the deer. as well as squirrels and birds. They even provide deer corn which was a first for us! Over all the best rental we have had so far for the price. We will be back! Thank you both for allowing us in your little heavenly spot!

Wooden Cabin Experience

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully wooden constructed cabin. We could note the dedication put to build this cabin in all the details. Our stay was very memorable for the tranquility and wilderness experience. The pictures in the profile of this cabin tell little of the beauty of this place. It is definetely a place to enjoy with family as a family. The barbecue experience, the deers, the chickens, the surrounding land marks like the lake, the dam, the winery nearby made quiet an experience.

Tranquil forest oasis

This lovely cabin was ours to enjoy for the week of the eclipse. Although the weather didn’t cooperate in giving us great weather for the eclipse, we still enjoyed the cabin so much. The cabin is set in a wooded lot, serene and peaceful, with deer approaching the house in the early morning. It was immaculate and had all we needed for our stay. It also was just a short drive to restaurants and stores, so not too remote. The owners live next door, but not super close, so we still had plenty of privacy. And Theresa was gracious and friendly, and we loved the eggs from her chickens and turkeys that she shared with us. One thing to note is that the cabin does not have a dishwasher. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I thought I’d mention it for those who might want that. We found the cabin to be a great home base to explore the area, including trips to San Antonio, Fredericksburg, and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.

Didn’t want to leave

This was such a welcoming property and perfect for our group of 4. We brought our teen daughter and her friend and our small dog. The teens stayed in the loft comfortably. I loved sitting in the swing and looking up at the oak branches. We also made use of the fresh eggs each morning. The nearest grocery is about 5 miles, so we brought most of our groceries but were able to get a few items easily. The stars on the clear night were mesmerizing. I hope to go back in the future.
