The Space:

Sunshine Lakehouse is a spacious retreat. The Living Room is a welcoming space. The property has three Bedrooms. Two bedrooms have King beds. The third bedroom has single beds. There are two Full Bathrooms. The Kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Outside, there's a waterfront location with a fire pit and seating. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet. Entertainment includes a TV and board games. Safety features include a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, with a garage for parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, and garage. Enjoy the waterfront location with lake access, a fire pit, and outdoor seating.

**Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

Small events are welcome with prior approval.

Any number of overnight guests over 6 will have an extra fee. Maximum number allowed is 12 due to the septic.

Pet friendly on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, there is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night up to $100 per pet per month). 2 pets max. No cats or ferrets allowed. When out for a walk, please have pets on leash and pick up after them
