Cozy studio for up to two guests situated on the 1st floor of a building with elevator and a shared outdoor pool, only 240mt from the beach. It is equipped with a functional kitchen, a living/dining area with a double sofa bed plus a foldaway single bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony overlooking the pool. One covered parking space is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
