One-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor with a private garden, and a shared outdoor swimming pool. It is situated approximately 1 km from the beach, and can accommodate up to six guests. The property features a living/dining area with a double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed plus a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. To access the apartment there are four steps to climb, leading to a spacious terrace that overlooks the garden.*No pets allowed. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
