“We stayed for 2 weeks in May. The weather was excellent. The hotel had recently renovated the section where we stayed, so it felt clean and pleasant. The staff are amazing! They do their upmost to help and make your stay feel welcomed. Everyone is really friendly and polite. Our butler, Rafael, was the best!!! We had a few issues related to rooms and sargussum: Compared with other nearby resorts, where they clean twice a day and remove all seaweed, this hotel made minimal efforts. Some days...
