“Michael, the host, was an excellent communicator. The property itself was in top-notch condition and super clean. The location was super for us to explore our Acadian heritage in the Cape Breton region, as well as explore the Cabot Trail. A totally unexpected bonus of the stay was to have my morning coffee on the back deck while literally watching the lobster fishermen run their pots just beyond the backyard. 4 thumbs up!”

In addition, out your living room window is a parking lot full of dry-docked lobster boats and several industrial buildings. Not pretty. It was dirty around the place. The bedroom also needs a fan above the bed. There is no moving air in that room! You cannot open the window as the street noise will pour in. Put in a ceiling fan! “The accommodation was impeccably clean and great care and attention were given to every detail. The power went out in town during our stay and so that dampened the experience as we were unable to get dinner out as all restaurants and grocery stores were closed.”
