Offre una splendida vista sulla valle verso la piana di Lucca ed è un posto molto tranquillo e riservato. Ha pavimenti in cotto tradizionale, splendidi soffitti con travi in legno e camini antichi ed è ben arredato i stile rustico. La casa si trova nella sua proprietà privata a soli 10 minuter a piedi dal vicino villaggio di Vorno con tutti i komfort, bar, ristorante e negozi di generi alimentari. Grande salone d'ingresso, sala da pranzo e piccola cucina in stile rustico con tutti i comfort moderni, piccola camera da letto al piano inferiore con 2 letti singoli. Skala i pietra al 1 ° piano con 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 kamera a due letti e 2 bagni eleganti, uno con vasca e uno con doccia.

Superb Stay

The property and pool are lovely. The location is beautiful with far reaching views. Silvia is very friendly and welcoming and she responds quickly to help if required. We had a wonderful holiday and really hope to return very soon.

Smuk udsigt

Huset ligger super smukt placeret og man har den smukkest udsigt fra både terrasse og pool område. Silvia og hendes mand var meget imødekommende og gav en grundig rundvisning og introduktion til huset og området. Kan klart anbefale at leje dette hus.

Wonderful old farm house with amazing view and pool

We (2 couples and one single adult) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old farm house. The hosts Silvia and Paolo are really nice and everything was uncomplicated. The house was perfectly clean and the view from the dinner place and pool area was amazing. We would love to come back one day! Thank you!

Schönes sauberes Haus in der Toskana

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in den Ferienhaus. Das große Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die Vermieter haben uns bei allen Fragen kompetent geholfen. Auch der Pizzaofen war genial. Gerne wieder!

The perfect Tuscan getaway

A truely beautiful location in the village of Vorno very close to Lucca. The house has everything you need and the most spectacular views, you will never tire of. The swimming pool is amazing and makes it hard to leave! Its a 15 min walk to a great restaurant. Silvia and her husband are the perfect hosts. They really made our stay special ! Highly recommend for a real Tuscan experience. Would definitely come again but next time for 2 weeks!

Wonderful spot

Beautiful and cosy house surrounded by old olive trees in a quiet garden. The view from the terrace reaches as far as Lucca. We enjoyed wonderful evenings here with pizza from our own pizza oven. The pool exceeded our expectations. Even in autumn, it is still very sunny until late in the afternoon and invites you to chill out. The house is stylishly furnished and very clean.

Beautiful rustic villa in the Tuscan hillside

Lovely, simple house, well equipped and spacious. Wonderful salt water pool - nice and deep at one end which our children loved jumping in. Gorgeous views over the valley and Lucca in the distance. Completely private and undisturbed. Silvia and Paolo our hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, including logs for the pizza oven and some really effective outdoor mosquito repellent! Fabulous place and will come again.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful holiday in the house. The house is beautifully situated near Lucca. The house itself is very well equipped and clean, we felt very comfortable there. The pool is not in sight of the house, which we realiser when we arrived, but that was not a problem for us. The communication with Silva went smoothly. Our enquiries were answered very quickly and effectively. Highly recommend.

Perfect.

We were looking for somewhere quiet where we could relax, swim, cook and enjoy family time with our adult children. This was it! Silvia and Paolo went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, made dinner reservations at local restaurants, offered to book taxis, had small breakfast in fridge for us as we arrived late in the evening. They replied to any questions within minutes and made our stay wonderful. I would recommend this family home to everyone, the pool was great. There is nothing negative to say. We will return. Thank you.

Ein absolutes Paradies

Wir haben eine Woche an diesem zauberhaften Ort verbringen dürfen. Das Grundstück liegt am Berg in Mitten eines riesigen Anwesens, umrahmt von blühendem Jasmin und Rosen und bewaldeten Hügeln. Allein diese Abgeschiedenheit findet man selten. Ruhe und Erholung pur! Der Pool und die Terrasse mit Blick auf die luccesischen Berge sind ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lucca ist in guten 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mille gratie und vielen Dank an die wunderbaren Vermieter Silvia und Paolo, die ungleublich freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Bessere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect vacation

We had a lovely 2 week stay at this villa - and it was one of our best vacations yet. Family of five with 3 teenagers. On arrival we were greeted by Silvia and Paolo, very kind and very helpful. The villa is clean and has every amenity needed. The hosts answered our questions and requests within a few hours. Close to beautiful Lucca, and easy to get to supermarkets nearby. Lovely restaurant in Vorno - Bimbotto- we went twice, very good pizza. The pool was perfect, and with areas with shade, which was needed because of the hot weather. We would certainly come back, given the opportunity. Thanks sweet Silvia for the lemons and the fresh zucchinis!

Fabulous holiday

We had a wonderful week in Silvia’s house in Vorno with our adult children and their partners. The house was even better than we expected with plenty of room for 8 people and the pool area was fantastic. We often had our evening meals outside on the beautiful veranda watching the fire flies darting about. Silvia was a lovely host - just the right amount of contact. The house is very well placed for exploring Lucca and Florence and the surrounding area. We had a brilliant early evening bike ride on Lucca’s city walls and listened to a selection of Puccini’s arias in Chiesa dei Santi Giovanni which are on every evening for an hour. The Grotta del vento is well worth a visit. A Bimbotto in Vorno does amazing pizzas and is a short 20 minute walk from the house. We’d really recommend Silvia’s property and will hopefully visit again ourselves before too long. Thank you so much Silvia.

Tuscan Hideaway

We needed a restful, peaceful and private experience, and this villa, it's fantastic grounds and location delivered on many counts. Nestled on a quiet Tuscan hillside surrounded by olive trees and tranquility, with beautiful restful views out across the valley towards Lucca and the blue-gray mountains beyond, the terrace in front of the substantial well-appointed farmhouse and large salt water pool - (with total privacy and 360 degrees views of the stunning countryside), provided the perfect, relaxing spot to rest and re-charge. 5 minutes down the valley, Vorno hosts a lovely restaurant serving a wide variety of superb food, and 20 minutes away the walled city of Lucca with it's charming antiquities, restaurants, shops and many churches provides plenty of interest. Walk the tree lined surrounding walls as the sun sets. It's just 25 minutes drive from Pisa, the airport and an hour's drive to Florence, using the motorways or back roads. Re-visiting Florence was delightful. Our hosts could not have been more helpful, generous and welcoming with advice throughout our stay... ultimately this was an ideal getaway. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a genuine Tuscan escape! Thank you to Silvia & Paulo, it was a memorable and exceptional place to spend some quality time.

Fantastic! 10/10

The house met all our expectations and we had a great week. The view over the hills is fantastic! The pool area is lovely and some days we spent whole days around here, a plus is that the depth is 2,4 m in the deep end. The house is placed on the east side of the hill, so during hot summer days it is not too hot at bed time. The bed rooms has also air conditioning. The hosts were very very nice and could recommend local restaurants and nice day trips. We visited the closest restaurant twice, a 15 min walk from the house.

Lovely house for quiet and comfortable stay in Tuscany

The house was lovely with its modern function and old ambience. We had all we needed and a bit more! The house as well as the garden and pool was well kept, clean and fresh. In the small village we also found a local restaurant within walking distance for delicious Italian meals . For grocery shopping a tour to Lucca is necessary. Silvia was a perfect host and made sure we felt welcome and that all was to our satisfaction. We can warmly recommend this house and its location with so many of the attractive sights within easy reach.
