This house is amazing. We had an incredible stay and the host is very nice and responsive. The house was clean and so much space. Very close to the beach with beach access and parking 3 blocks away. Fully stocked kitchen, arcade games, and the pool and hot tub had lights which the kiddos loved at night. Book this house and make some amazing memories!!!

House was much larger than expected. Felt like home while we were there. Close to all amenities needed. Small issue with pool/spa controls but host had it addressed quickly. Would love to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family. We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we had plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. Everyone loved the pool and hanging out together. The kids were able to walk to the beach and they found a splash park nearby. We talked about it as we were leaving and everyone was very pleased by their stay at your property. Thank you!

Cocoa beach vacation

We had a fabulous time at this property! Our family and another family met up and there was plenty of room for all of us (6 teenagers and 4 adults). The extras like video games and the pool were fantastic. The host was very responsive when we had questions and there were no delays. They went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic time. The location is excellent, nearby to many good things yet not a lot of traffic around. It was great to be close to the beach so we could just walk and not worry about parking. I would definitely recommend this property, and if we return to the area we will be looking for this one to be available!

The area is quiet, great access to beaches, restaurants and what not. The kitchen is well appointed and the house has lots of space. We had a great stay.

Family Summer Trip

This was a great place for a family vacation. We had 7 adults and 5 kids from ages 3-13. We had plenty of room and places to get away when we needed. It is a short walk to the beach but ended up driving down because it was just too much to carry everything. Overall a great stay!

Summer vacation

Great location! Close to many attractions. The house was a perfect layout with room for adults to lounge and kids to play. Pool was nice ti have as well. Will definitely book again.

Awesome VRBO

This was an awesome beach rental. Such a spacious house. Everything you need. Close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ben was amazing communicating and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the cocoa beach area.

Best beach house ever!

This property was perfect! Very modern, great space, roomy with plenty of hangout space. Great neighborhood with super short walk to beautiful and clean beach. Location was great for quick access to daytona and Orlando. Will absolutely be stayhere again!
