Both had excellent communication and prompt responses. Would definitely stay again if available. Even enquired about possible long term rental but unfortunately owners plan on putting it on...

“The AC was not working, spoke to the property management and instructions were not helpful. As if the instructions were for a different AC unit since I was ask to preform task on the unit itself. Which did not match the unit 75 degrees downstairs and worse upstairs. Going to be a terrible night.”
