Perfect gateway house located across the beach , 1 minute walk , close to the Port Canaveral , Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach Pier . This is an updated house with new furniture , appliances and Smart Tv's in all rooms . Open concept floor plan including extra Bonus Room . Brand new white kitchen with beautiful white quarts countertop .Kitchen is including all appliances need it , Toaster , Air Frier , Mixer , Microwave , large refrigerator /freezer ,oven, Nespresso Coffee machine and Tea pod .
Dining room has 10 seats .Right to the dining room there is a table bar with 4 seats .
Family room is the best room to enjoy a movie on a Smart TV 85 inches included .
In the back yard you can find a gorgeous pool , outside Shower , patio , Weber gas grill .
Enjoy all our beach amnesties : surfboards , beach chairs , beach umbrellas , beach coolers and beach Foldable Wagon .
The beach home come complete with all kinds of beach toys for kids , highchair and Baby Bassinet Crib .
From our Deck Patio you can watch all launches siting in our comfortable papasan's.

House is in a quiet residential neighborhood. While you cannot see the ocean from the house, it's just a few houses around the corner to the ocean path. A beautiful beach with a jetty you can fish from and watch cruise ships departing. Peacocks live in the neighborhood.Bedrooms neat, clean, plenty of closet space. Master and second bedroom have sliders to upper deck. While very nice, view looks to neighboring roofs and some palm trees. Beds are set European style (duvet – no top sheet or blanket). Owner purchased some and delivered them washed the next morning, which I appreciated.Signs in each bathroom to “use dark towels for makeup removal” but we did not see a single dark towel.NOTESWelcome Binder – A few pages of “do/don't” wifi password. Details like nearby attractions, recommended restaurants, etc. would have been nice.No instructions on TV usage. Owners reply: No paid channels – only YouTube, Disney, and free channels which we never figured out. Digital thermostat instructions would have been helpful.Sign on fireplace glass to “not light the fireplace for any reason.” Ironing Board – Is tiny (3 ft)While home is listed as up to 8 guests, there is Extra Person Fee for more than two. We were charged 105 for a third person (who ultimately did not join us). Fee was not clear until payment receipt.Noticeable scent upon arrival – not unpleasant but fairly strong, and either dissipated after a few days or we became accustomed.Yes. Would visit again.

The house was exceptionally clean, immensely stocked, and beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. My family enjoyed use of the pool, hot tub, game room and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the home with a fully decorated Christmas tree (as our stay spanned the holiday), what a thoughtful touch and one that made being away for Christmas all that much more special. Closeness to beach was a plus and made good use of the beach chairs, beach towels, etc. offered. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family and would rent again for our next visit!

What a perfect location and excellent host! The house was immaculate and well appointed. The host even tastefully decorated for Christmas. She even left a goodie basket of snacks and wine on the counter, knowing I had pre-arranged to host a family Thanksgiving meal for family. It was perfect as the table seated 10 with ample room and there was additional seating in the living area at a giant cocktail table and enormous sectional. The pool and hot tub were so comfortable and private, and we enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. The proximity to the beach access was fantastic, and so convenient to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral National Seashore. If I could give it more stars I would. I loved everything about it. I only had one small issue while there and the host addressed it immediately. Fabulous!

Incredible location, house, and overall experience!

This was our 7th family winter road trip to FL from MN, and everyone agrees it was the best! The home truly feels like a luxury hotel - extremely clean and well appointed. We were completely spoiled with how close the home is to the beach access - we’ll never stay anywhere we need to drive again! We all loved walking down the beach to the port to watch the ships come and go. The kids loved the pool area and the pool table/game room. We didn’t need much of anything, but whenever we did have a question the host was super responsive. If I had to nitpick, it was a little disappointing that the hot tub could only be used twice a day in 3 hour increments, but it wasn’t a huge deal because the weather was so nice. Overall just an incredible experience and highly recommend!

winter stay

The house is great. If you stay during winter months, ask questions about the pool. It has limits if the weather is too cold. Even though it is heated, if the weather is too cool, the heater cannot heat up and the hot tub can only run 3 hours at a time twice per day and you do not get to pick the hours. Also the timer for the heater for the hot tub was changed due to pool cleaning twice and we were unaware. The host was very responsive and once we notified her the hot tub was not heating at the specific time, she checked and started it. But it was a delay. We enjoyed our stay, but was disappointed by the limitations of the pool and hot tub. A partial refund was given, however, it still affected our ability to get our full use out of the features (pool and hot tub) that we hoped to use more during our stay. As mentioned the host was very responsive and even obtained a scale for us that we needed for our stay. We would stay again, but not likely during the colder months.

Beautiful House - Great Location

The house was just as described. The inside was roomy, clean beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great! A short walk to the beach! Property Manager was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything and more

Yes, the place is all that ... and more! It's everything as described - beautiful house, beautiful pool, a walk across the street to the ocean (you can hear the waves from the backyard), pool table, huge TV -- but also had so many details covered and above-and-beyond amenities in the house. The whole family loved it and despite the generally cynical disposition within this family, not a negative to be spoken of by any of the crew. Absolutely top-notch

2 week stay!

Needed more time but all good things come to an end. From the welcoming scent, beach within steps, cold outdoor shower and screened pool! The 5 of us want to leave! Everything exceeded expectations! Host was easy to contact and always answered. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing House

A pool and an ocean.

Wonderful property!! Screened in pool and a short walk to the Atlantic. We loved our stay. While we did not have children with us, it’s also child friendly with toys and supplies for kids. Great neighborhood with free range peacocks.

Find your calm

Relaxing does not do this property justice. We spent the week recently and despite some late rental car issues that had us arriving at 1am with 3 kids, the property was lit up, sparkling clean, and a warm welcome from the turmoil of just getting here. The host was super responsive (avg under 5 min) and went through the effort of acquiring an additional pack and play so we did not need to worry about one more thing. The house is beautifully updated, with clear line of sight to everything on the first floor including the back "playroom" that is filled with kids toys that will keep them occupied for hours. The pool was clean, warm, and provided a night time backdrop for relaxing evenings. Beach chairs and a wagon provided easy access to the beach that is so close it feels more like it is the backyard of the house. Every amenity is thought of for a relaxing stay and the location of the home is perfect for bouncing between the various Orlando parks, the beach, or fitting both into the same day. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property if you have kids or are just looking for a relaxing time.

Resort Style Stay

We were so impressed by the cleanliness , the location and the amenities of this beautiful home. It was the most well stocked home we ever stayed at. Soooooo roomy and well equipped for children if all ages. The owner was quick to answer any questions and was very pleasant. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much for an awesome getaway.
