The owners were very easy to contact and we’re quick to get back to us with the answers we needed. I would highly recommend This home for rental.

Clean, Comfortable House in a Great Location!

We had a fantastic trip and really felt at home during our stay here in Cape Canaveral! The property is in a great location, on a quiet street, yet very close to attractions and anything you might need. The house was well-stocked for cooking, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the property itself was beautiful and well maintained. One of my favorite parts was waking up to plumeria flowers on the lawn!For families with younger children, it’s worth noting that the pool is deep with very little shallow area. If you love a deep pool, it’s perfect, but with little kids, I would have preferred more shallow space. That said, the pool area itself is wonderful, with plenty of seating, shade, and a huge variety of pool toys and floaties. The kids had a great time, even if our non-swimmer was limited to one section. They ran to the pool as soon as we got back to the house after our days out!Our only complaint was with the internet. The Wi-Fi wasn't capable of working on our phones, and the living room TV struggled to stream anything successfully. We reached out to the hosts, who were very responsive and helpful. It wasn’t resolved during our stay, since it's likely a service provider issue, but the hosts had a technician scheduled to address it after our stay.Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we’d happily stay again - when all of our kids are strong swimmers!

Short stay but amazing

We had to come to Florida to handle a family members funeral and home estate and stayed here so the kids would be able to stay home while the adults handled things and it was perfect! Everything was provided so that made it nice and simple for us! Great location and we even got to watch a SpaceX rocket launch!

Can't wait til next time!

We stayed here for our trip down to Florida! We went down for some people's first trip and others 20th trip to Florida, and we loved every minute of this property! We spent plenty of time by the pool, at the beach, and very little time in front of the TV (which was still a blessing when recovering from some additional sun). We not only recommend this place but urge you to stay here if its available!

Peaceful Paradise

I was blown away by everything this Tiki Oasis had to offer. Myself, Husband, 17 year old son, 9 year old daughter and our 18 year old nephew had thee most peaceful, relaxing, AMAZING trip. From the time we entered the beachy feel decored house to entering the tropical oasis outside, we knew we found paradise! Plenty of space for us all, plenty of dresser and closet space as well. The rooms and bathrooms were perfectly decorated and every room had a ceiling fan. We had every kitchen necessity we could need. There was an extra fan in one of the closets to keep it extra cool but the air conditioning and fans were perfect. The view from the master bedroom through the french doors out into the lit up pool and yard at night was breathtaking. The Tiki hut with fan and lights was spectacular. So much seating and lounge chairs. We spent all of our time outside in our tropical paradise when we were not at the beach. Speaking of the beach....such a short walk up the street and this rental provided EVERYTHING we needed to take! A wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, sand castle equiptment, boogie boards, so so much amazing supplies!!! The town is so kind and welcoming, every restraunt we ate at gave impecable service. So many fun.activities to do when we wanted. We had not one issue at this amazing paradise. I actually cried the day we had to leave. I pray it will be available next August for us to rent again. Thank you for sharing such an amazing home with our family!

Near beach!

The house was well equipped with everything. The house had a plumbing issue that was repaired the next day. The pool is nice but isn't heated (we were told this but never expected it to be as cold as it was) and was so cold you couldn't swim in it. We bought the kids wetsuits and made it work. Very close to the beach and was wonderful for a walk. We did enjoy very much!

Great property and great location

The property was excellent. I do have a couple recommendations so future guests have an even better experience. In the living room there’s a recliner which has tape holding the back together and the covering on the arms is very worn. Suggest donating it to charity. The towels need to be refreshed. They’re pretty old and thread bare. Otherwise, it’s an awesome place and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
