“This property was an excellent choice for our family for a low-key beach vacation. The host could not have been nicer and her communication and hospitality were top notch! We traveled with 2 young boys and there was so much to do - pool, beach, water park, mini golf and pizza - and the best part they all were within walking distance! (Less than 5 mins). The property was top class as well having everything we would ever need. I would highly recommend this location, especially for young families!...

“This home was clean, inviting, well maintained and well stocked! One of my favorite things was the spices available in the kitchen, the guests have taken good care to restock and replenish as using items. The starter toilet paper and coffee was a huge pro! Mary Ann and Scott were accommodating and great communicators. The beach was an easy walk from the home and the upstairs balcony had a lovely ocean view. In general, we can't wait to visit again!”

“My family enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect place that met all of our needs. It was within close proximity to places for eating and places to shop. The backyard was safe and a really good size for our pup to run around in. The host did a great job communicating with us and when we reached out, was able to quickly get back with us. “This place is a true gem. Host is attentive to furnishings. Nice kitchen amenities were appreciated, including KitchenAid Mixer, Calphalon, SHARP knives, commercial icemaker. Kayaks were easy to transport to the sound. Host was prompt and responsive. Everything was as represented. Hope to stay here next year.”

“We stayed at this Newport, NC house 2nd week in July 2026 with 5 adults, and it was a great fit for our group. The home was comfortable and clean, with a layout that worked well—1 master bedroom with an attached bath and 2 additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. The kitchen was well setup with appliances and utensils. Check-in/out was smooth and we had enough space to relax without feeling crowded. Overall, we’d happily stay here again on a future trip to the area.”
